Little Bit About Us

Supper at Sunflower opened on December 21st, 2013 as a part of a culinary co-op with a vision to maximize the usage of a space while enabling businesses to thrive and grow.  Chef Kalon Wall, along with co-owners Chris and Natalie Phillips, shared a dream of bringing farm fresh dining to the community of Crested Butte.  Our philosophy has always been to enjoy every minute with the people around us and share in new, amazing experiences.  Many thanks to the people who helped and supported us in making this concept a reality, hopefully you know who you are :)

The Sunflower was remodeled by Brad Crosby, who used barn wood and teak from his personal collection.  Together, we transformed the interior into a warm and cozy place to dine, whether during the day or at night.

The space is tiny, with the kitchen in the main dining room where you get to whitness the chefs do their magic.  Its kind of like being at a dinner party, and where does everyone love to hang out? the kitchen!  The indoor dining area seats up to 32, with two seats at the dining bar in front of the chefs.  The outdoor patio seats up to 36 in the summer and has umbrellas, heaters, and blankets for those colder mountain nights.
